Bmot clean carpet Anaheim company Take the time to vacuum often enough and make sure to do it correctly. That means going over the floor in several directions to allow the vacuum to pick up all the debris it can. A high quality vacuum is the best choice. Make sure to use it correctly as you are directed by the manufacturer. Also, make sure to keep the bags or containers empty and filters clean as well.

Looking for some ideas. I ‘m flipping a house to live in, but the carpets are destroyed and the house stinks?

Any one know whats a good cleaner to get ride of the stain and smell of pet urine that has been there for along time? We also noticed mold in the same areas, how about cleaners for that?

How to keep carpets clean?

I grew up in a house with tile and wood floors, and me and my husbands first apartment was all linoleum floors. Our second apartment is carpeted floors. We’ve lived here nearly 2 years, and it never crossed our minds to actually clean the carpets. The carpeting was always gross, so we threw tons of rugs down. Only thing we’ve ever done is vacuum, and we don’t walk barefoot in the house or sit on the carpet (too gross). My coworker let us borrow his carpet cleaner this weekend, so we could clean the floor. It is the nastiest thing I have habpnds down ever seen come off a floor. I regularly clean the tiled kitchen and bathroom with a scrub brush and bucket of water (like I have always cleaned hard flooring with) so they are always nice, and not much dirt accumulates since I clean them once a week). The carpet on the other hand, I’m just at a loss for words. My husband has gone over the same square of the living room 3 times (on his 4th time), and the water is still coming out black (it’s getting a little clearer every time he empties it). Once we get it clean, what can we do so it doesn’t get this nasty again? I am so disgusted. Obviously, no more shoes in the house, but what other measures can be taken? We don’t have room for a carpet steamer, so we can’t clean it once a month or anything. I do vacuum the living room a few times a week, since we have a parrot and he makes a mess with his seeds, and the bedroom once a week. Suggestions?

How much do I charge to clean carpets and tile floors at janitorial going rate?

How to Clean Candle Wax Off Carpets

www.homestagingchannel.com – If your preparing or staging your home for sell – Here’s one great home cleaning tip. While candles are beautiful and make for a romantic setting, when that excess wax spills over, they can cause more problems than it’s worth. If the wax merely spills onto a hard surface, no problem, just scrape it off. But when it spills onto fabric, such as your couch or carpeting, it’s another story altogether. Well, not anymore! Removing wax is simple. Place a dry paper towel over the area and press a hot iron to it gently. This is to re-melt the wax while immediately absorbing it into the paper towel. Caution! Make sure you don’t burn the carpet, furniture or paper towel by leaving the iron on too long. Repeat this procedure a few times until the wax is gone. If after a few times there is still some remaining, take a little bit of home dry-cleaning solvent and with a damp cloth, dab the area lightly. Use as little solvent as possible so it doesn’t harm the carpet’s backing. Another solution is to combine mild, liquid detergent with a little bit of warm water and blot the area in the same way with a cloth. Use detergents with no bleach or alkalides. These may damage your carpet. So don’t cry over spilled wax! Now you can have a romantic dinner without the hassle.
