Im not going to get a filter, not now. Not till ive had my fish for a longer time. Ive had it for about 2-3 weeks now. Every other day i take out about 1/3 of the water and put clean water in.
How do i clean out my gold fish bowl with out harming my fish? Any pointers on how to clean out my whole bowl?
PS. This is my first time with a gold fish, and cleaning the bowl.
Does anyone know about those teflon drip sheets that you put at the bottom of your oven to eliminate messes?
Well mine worked great until I forgot to remove it when I turned on the self cleaning switch to my oven. I removed my racks but forgot about the teflon drip paper which looks like a powder on the walls and floor of my oven now. Is anyone as ditzy as me? Or… at least does anyone have an idea how to clean my oven now? I have tried the regular Easy Off oven cleaners a couple of times and lots of elbow grease and a little may have come off but I am still looking for a miracle! ?? Thank you for any ideas!
So, I have this glass. Like, drinking glass. It’s cute, I like it. But! When I moved from my last apartment to my current one, it wound up in a horrible mess – it was in a bag with pennies and nails, for some reason, and a jar of liquid soap. Said soap burst open, creating an orange, rusty mess within the glass. I scrubbed and scrubbed, but can’t get the orange-rust tint out of the glass, and I’m thinking it probably isn’t safe to use while that’s there.
I was thinking I could bleach it, but I don’t know if that would fix it OR if it would be safe afterward.
Does anyone else have any suggestions? Will it even be possible to make it safe again, or will the copper still be at risk of leeching into whatever we drink from it?
burnt food stains / residue stuck in a glass pot / pan. How do I remove these burnt stains? Is there an easy way or some special product I can use to remove burnt food stains from my glass cookware?
