I installed a glass mosaic back splash in my kitchen, the problem is that i chose to use a black grout as my granite is black… big mistake, now it looks muddy and dated how can i get it to look fresh and clean (less muddy) without using an ascid based product (don’t want to screw up my new granite) ?

I went to EcoSimplista to learn all about natural cleaning products. There are over 50000 chemicals in conventional cleaning products, some of them toxic, so choose to use more eco-friendly products. Eco-Me Home is a kit that teaches you how to make your own household cleaning products with olive oil, vinegar and essential oils. These products will clean and disinfect for an awesome, clean house. Maggie’s Soap Nuts come from berries on a tree, so they are 100 percent natural. These little gems clean your laundry and work just like laundry soap, except they are more eco-friendly. Dryer Balls are better than dryer sheets, there are no harmful chemicals, they soften your laundry, reduce drying time and reduce your need for ironing. Skoy products are made with recycled wood pulp can replace paper towels. It absorbs really well and they are reuseale. You can stick them in your dishwasher or regular laundry. They last about 3-4 months, so you save the environment and money. Please visit Sprout Savvy at: www.sproutsavvy.com http www.twitter.com

My cat is only 6 months old. I just got her three days ago. However, she won’t stop using the restroom in my shower! I tried everything so far. The first night was terrible–she meowed all night and wouldn’t eat, but she’s warming up to me and getting used to the new environment. I took her to the vet, and she’s pretty sick, but he said that shouldn’t be a reason for her not using her litter box. At her old home, she used the litter box with no problem. I use the same litter brand that the old owners used. However, she keeps pooping and peeing in my shower when I’m not here. How can I stop this? I’ve tried putting her in the litter and showering her, I’ve put her poop in the litter to try and get her to associate the poop with it, and I’ve tried spraying the shower with cleaner to deter her, but nothing works. Please help! And, why is she doing this?

I just used Lysol Bathroom cleaner to clean my shower floor because it was filthy from my roommate. It also is clogged so I bought some Draino Foam Cleaner. Though it says do not mix with products that contain amonia. Lysol apparently does though very very little. I have also rinsed out the tub twice (slow painful process with a clog). So should it be okay to use the draino now or should I wait?
